Return Policy
Customers can request a return only if the product received is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Not functioning properly
Return requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery.
A return will be approved only if all the following conditions are met:
- The product has not been damaged after delivery while in the customer’s possession
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The product is returned with original packaging, including MRP label, warranty card, user manual, and all accessories
- No alterations or modifications have been made
Non-Returnable Conditions:
- Wrong product ordered by customer
- Incorrect model, size, or color selected
- Products marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page

Replacement Policy
- Replacement will be provided if the same product is available in stock
- If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued

Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders made through:
- Debit Card
- Credit Card
- Net Banking
- UPI
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
- Bank processing time may vary depending on your provider
Important Notes:
- Cash refunds are not provided
- If the original payment method is unavailable, refund will be processed via bank transfer
- In special cases, refund may be issued through demand draft
