Return Policy

  1. Customers can request a return within the applicable return period only if the product received is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly.

  2. A return will be approved only when all the following conditions are met:

    • The product has not been damaged after delivery while in the customer’s possession
    • The item remains exactly as delivered without any alterations or modifications
    • The product is unused and returned with original packaging, including MRP label, warranty card, user manual, and all accessories
  3. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as ordering the wrong product, incorrect model, or color selection.

  4. Items specifically marked as “non-returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return.

  5. In most cases, no additional documentation is required for initiating a return unless specified under category-specific conditions.

  6. Replacement will be offered only if the same product is available in stock.

  7. If a replacement cannot be arranged due to unavailability, a refund will be issued instead.

Important:
If a non-returnable product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition, customers must report it within 10 days of delivery to be eligible for support.


Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders made through debit card, credit card, or net banking, and will be credited to the original payment method.

  2. If the expected refund timeline has passed, customers are advised to check with their bank or card provider for updates. Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

  3. In cases where the original payment method is no longer active or valid, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or demand draft.

  4. If a transaction failure notification is received from the bank, the refund will be issued through a demand draft.

  5. Customers may be contacted via email to provide necessary details such as name and address for processing refunds through demand draft. Refund will be initiated after receiving the required information.

  6. For products that are damaged or defective, a refund will be issued if repair or replacement is not possible.
